If a judgement has been taken against your name?

You will have to ask an Attorney to bring an application to Court to rescind the judgement against your name which will be served on the Banks / Financial Institutions Attorneys and once again if it is found that there are any lies on the affidavits the Banks / Financial Institutions Attorneys can bring criminal charges against you so a person always has to be very careful what is stated on affidavits as a sworn affidavit is supposed to be the whole truth and nothing but the truth!
